The company was incorporated on 30th September 1978 and started its glass wool insulation production on 1st July 1985 using Pot & Marble Flame Attenuation Process in Penang, Malaysia. On 7th December 1991, the company acquired new production technology from Johns Manville, USA and replaced the previous production line with latest Rotary Process on 1st February 1993.
